JT Flair was established by Jeff Wilkins in 1987. His salon “Headlines for hair” in Nanaimo’s downtown
core was thriving so he decided to open a second salon in a mall atmosphere with his son Tony.
The continued success of JT flair has been due to the team of highly trained stylists. Their attention to
detail, whether it be for haircuts or colours is what has built a loyal clientele over the years.
Jeff retired in 2010, however, he is still often present in the salon training our up and coming stylists.
Tony now proudly carries on his father’s vision.
